| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,China’s national economy has developed rapidly,and the people’s living standards have been greatly improved.The demand for housing for the people has also moved from the most basic housing to the improved living;thus,the demand for housing has increased rapidly.The emergence of commercial housing has quickly promoted the development of residential construction projects,but the corresponding project quality problems have also been highlighted.How to control the quality of the project has always been the research focus of construction workers at home and abroad.Through many years of experience in the construction unit,this article relies on the “Xicheng District Million Village Resident Housing Improvement Project”,taking the construction process of the B plot as the background,using the pre-control design documents,syndicating in the event,assaulting the safety,quality,and afterwards.After the project evaluation method,the whole construction process was studied and it was found that the quality control did not achieve the expected effect.The reason was that at the initial stage of construction,the construction unit did not put forward the targeted requirements in the “design task book”.The design unit is completely based on the norm design of the northern region,which makes it difficult to select materials for the later construction.In the second construction phase,the technical strength of the construction unit is weak,and the quality supervision is completely dependent on supervision.The quality management is completely dependent on the technical strength of the supervision unit;Nanny-style entrustment poses a significant risk to quality supervision.The key to the above problems is that the construction unit has not played its due role in the construction process.First,use the open bidding to select the design institute with high qualification level and outstanding performance as the construction drawing design,and adopt the means of compulsory review to further optimize the drawings;In the second part of the construction process,engineers with rich experience in engineering management were hired,and the frequency and intensity of joint inspections were strengthened by the participating parties.The rectification measures were targeted.Finally,after the completion of the project,the post-project evaluation was carried out without any form..Through the above measures,the leading role of the construction unit has been highlighted,and the quality of the project has been comprehensively improved. |
