Dune,means big;Huang,refers to prosper.Dunhuang,is a military commanding town in the Western Regions that was operated by the dynasties.in the Silk Road "Suoyue throat",It is a place where various ancient Chinese and Western cultures converge.President Xi Jinping proposed the "Belt and Road" strategy,bringing opportunities and development to Dunhuang.Dunhuang has a profound cultural foundation,but it remains largely at the stage of theoretical research.The ultimate goal of theoretical research should serve all aspects of life.Therefore,tourism cultural and creative products are a way of applying cultural theory.A particular cultural connotation has a far-reaching communication significance compared to ordinary products.It is particularly important for cultural studies to integrate cultural elements and designs in tourism cultural and creative products.This article takes Dunhuang culture as the research content and conducts design research on tourism cultural and creative products.First of all,through reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign documents,Dunhuang culture is analyzed and based on museology and archeology,the basic information of Dunhuang cultural elements is collected,and the most material library with Dunhuang regional cultural characteristics is established.Secondly,research and analysis of tourist cultural and creative products,through quantitative analysis and research on the questionnaire survey of tourists in Dunhuang,understanding of consumer demand,the use of data analysis software,the research information to make data statistics,based on this,establish The target user's AIO model proposes five major design principles:culture IP,brand exclusive,elemental symbolization,artistic aesthetics,and life sentiment based on Dunhuang culture in tourism cultural and creative products.Pattern abstraction,cognitive display,and semantic expression Three design methods.Finally,through the design and practice of Dunhuang cultural tourism cultural and creative products,the feasibility and scientificity of method design theory are verified,and a new design method is provided for the development of tourism,cultural and creative industries.The research results in the paper provide a certain reference for tourism cultural and creative product design.The design examples of the "Round Light" series in the project not only help to increase the added value of the product,but also enhance the national understanding of regional culture and history.
