Permanent magnetic coupling is a kind of permanent magnet as magnetic source new transmission device,mainly by the air gap between the internal and external rotor and its composition,in the power transmission system can realize non-contact transmission,with no friction,small vibration,the advantages of good performance of speed adjustment,and can realize the no-load start when load and overload protection.Due to the magnetic coupler turbo slip speed,the speed will form the eddy current loss,and the greater the slip loss,the greater the eddy current loss and the heat can make the permanent magnet temperature,serious when can cause permanent magnet demagnetization and lead to magnetic coupling lose working ability.To solve the above problems,the purpose of this paper is:the current is more widely used magnetic coupling analysis deeply and in detail the characteristics of running.On this basis,designed a new kind of installation has good heat dissipation of the structure of the Copper Sleeve type Magnetic Coupler(Copper Sleeve Magnetic Coupler,CSMC),and ensure the CSMC has a wide speed range and stable operation of the work.Therefore,this article first introduces the development and actuality of magnetic coupler,shows the characteristics of different types,enumerate magnetic coupler in the field of multiple applications.By comparing the existing advantages and disadvantages of magnetic coupler and advanced design reasonable CSMC.Using the method of magnetic circuit and magnetic resistance calculation formula to CSMC magnetic resistance of different parts,the output torque CSMC is obtained;CSMC air-gap magnetic field mathematical model is established to obtain the CSMC tangential and radial air gap flux density changing with rotation Angle of physical properties.Based on the structure properties of the CSMC,by the theoretical calculation model of vortex area obtained,the expression of the eddy current loss;Control variable method is used to get the different polar logarithmic,slip,the radial permanent magnet thickness,sheath thickness,axial length and air gap length on the eddy current loss and the influence of the output torque,to gain the optimal structure parameters of the CSMC.The air gap flux density is obtained by ANSYS simulation curve along with the change of corner,validate the correctness of the model.By deep analysis on the working characteristic of the CSMC,got the slip for the conclusion of a third place for the eddy current loss maximum.To solve the temperature too high can cause irreversible permanent magnet demagnetization problem,design a suitable for CSMC heat dissipation structure,through the analysis of the thermal Simulation module Flow Simulation thermal analysis was carried out on the eddy current loss maximum working point,verify that the design of heat dissipation structure can effectively reduce the temperature of the permanent magnet,ensuring that CSMC can be a wide range of speed regulation for a long time.
