Research On The Competitiveness Of Dry Bulk Cargo In Yantai Port

Bohai sea port group is the main force of China's maritime industry,including coastal ports formed in Qingdao in Shandong province as the core port,port,Rizhao port as the main feeder ports,other ports to supplement the total structure.Port,Qingdao port and Rizhao port exists in the development of significant competition,Qingdao port,Rrizhao port to port bulk dry bulk shunt effect is very obvious,especially in the supply of goods,such as iron ore,coal,bauxite,the port has a great influence on dry bulk logistics development.How to stand out in the fierce competition and seek better development is an important issue facing Yantai port.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)first of all,the external macro environment concerning dry bulk logistics group(PEST analysis method),the Bohai sea ports competition environment,concerning the internal environment analysis,clear concerning the development of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,the theory of a good groundwork for the following analysis.(2)secondly,establish a dry bulk logistics competitiveness evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for port,Rizhao port and Qingdao port bulk logistics competitiveness to conduct quantitative analysis and comparison,pointed out the shortages and advantages in this port in the development.(3)finally,officially launched in 2020,less fertilizer FOB price index system,build important strategic grain reserve base in the circum bohai sea region to achieve less than one hundred million tons of strong port and the overall goal of the construction of the modern logistics center,points out its development strategy of the positioning of the focus-a clear distinction between the port and give full play to the functions and characteristics of the respective,realize the complementary advantages.At the end of the article,five specific countermeasures are put forward:the development of the lingang industry;Promote the construction of "Hong Kong city integration" and constantly expand the economic hinterland;Improve service level and build famous brand effect;Accelerating port information construction;It has formed a relatively complete research system to promote the construction of infrastructure and solve the bottleneck of collection and transportation,and has certain theoretical and practical value for studying the competitiveness of dry bulk cargo logistics in ports.
