Process Design Of Shipbuilding Project In General Assembly Shipbuilding Schema

The shipbuilding industry has a long industrial chain,which it is also a technology intensive and talent intensive industry.The efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises is not only dependent on the advanced level of equipment and the technical level adopted,but also closely related to the management level of the enterprises.This paper studies the application of project management in assembly shipbuilding production organization,and studies from two aspects:production process optimization and production process management.The improvement measures and suggestions are put forward in combination with the production characteristics of the general assembly shipbuilding.First of all,the background and significance of the application of project management in shipbuilding assembly were introduced,pointed out that the rapid development of the reality of China's shipbuilding industry,the shipbuilding scale has been at the forefront of the world,but the improvement in efficiency and quality control still with the world advanced level there is a certain gap.Secondly,the current research status at home and abroad is reviewed.The modern shipbuilding management mode and the general assembly shipbuilding management mode are discussed,and the characteristics and advantages of the general assembly shipbuilding mode are analyzed through comparison.Thirdly,the optimization research on the production process of the general assembly is carried out.The manufacturing level of assembly shipbuilding were optimized,originally to manufacture different professional division of labor standards into outfitting,hull structure operation and coating operation in different phases of the division standard,so that the production process and production mode is more suitable to the assembly shipbuilding.The principle of moving forward of the process is integrated into the content division of each manufacturing level.And given the integrity check scheme of intermediate product assembly shipbuilding mode,respectively according to the ship,ship outfitting,ship and launching stage proposed intermediate product integrity check program.Finally,the corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward from the aspects of planning management,technical preparation management,organization and management,field management and quality management and control.In short,this paper applies the theory and method of the project management to the process design of shipbuilding project in assembly shipbuilding mode,but for the specific application,effect evaluation and other aspects are still lacking,the next step will be to work for the evaluation of assembly shipbuilding for further study,so as to provide scientific basis for further improvement and management optimization.
