| With the development of the Internet of Things(IOT),intelligent gate is becoming a new trend of container terminal collecting and dispatching gates to meet the requirements of large-scale ships for Quayside operation capacity,yard handling capacity and gate throughput capacity of container terminals.Our company first take the revolving transfer system as the breakthrough point,realizes the intelligent gate construction of the revolving transfer system,thus extends to the intelligent gate of the entire land transport operation.The operation of transfer system refers to the process of transferring the imported containers from one customs yard to another customs yard.The operation of transfer system in our company is carried out in SPACE interface of COSMOS operating system.There are many difficulties in the actual operation.The confusion of the order on site and the low efficiency are the problems to be solved urgently in the operation.After repeated analysis,research and demonstration,changing the current stack mode to container suitcase mode and building a new intelligent gate of the stack can effectively solve many difficulties in the transfer system and improve the controllability.Taking this as an opportunity,this paper deeply analyzes the current status of the operation of transfer system,and puts forward a detailed demand analysis and overall design scheme for the Integrated service window,the Dispatch,the intelligent gate and Fault handling window.The system is programmed by.NET,which is used for client installation and stored in ORACLE database.Through the analysis of each module of the system,the key problems such as the setting of the sub-boxes rule,the automatic sub-boxes according to this rule and the hardware connection with the gate are found out,and the technical solutions are put forward.From the operation state of the intelligent gate of the transfer system,the problem of disordered management has been solved,the turnover rate of the rotating stack has been reduced,and the operation efficiency of the rotating stack has been improved.It also satisfies the expectation of the project design and lays a foundation for the intelligent gate construction of the entire land transport operation of our company. |
