Research On The Allocation And Spatial Layout Of Medical Facilities For The Elderly

At the present stage,Chinese aging has entered a period of accelerated development.The population base of elderly people is large,the number of elderly patients with chronic diseases is high,and with the economic and social development,the health awareness of the elderly has gradually evolved from the diagnosis and treatment of the disease to the prevention of the disease and the maintenance of the good state of the body etc.It makes the elderly increase the demand of medical configuration resources.Since China began to implement medical reform in the 1980 s,medical and health care has made a series of achievements,but still face the problems that the medical resources can’t meet the daily needs of the people,shortage of medical resources and the medical allocation is not equal etc.In Chinese present medical and health problems,the rationality of allocation and distribution of medical service facilities can directly affect the use frequency of medical resources in the elderly,at the same time,it also affects the convenience and comfort the elderly feel in the process of seeking medical treatment.This paper takes southern district of Qingdao city where the population aging is more serious as the object of the study,through the collection of data on medical allocation in the southern region of the city,the questionnaire and so on,establish the evaluation system of space configuration rationality of the aging adaptation medical service facilities allocation in the southern region of the city,study the aging adaptation situation of spatial distribution of urban medical allocation under the aging background,to expect to have a comprehensive and accurate evaluation for the rationality of aging adaptation medical service facilities allocation and spatial distribution in the southern district.This paper first summarizes the related concepts,theoretical basis,domestic and foreign research status.Then according to the literature,combined with the physical health,psychological changes and medical needs of the elderly,a questionnaire was developed to research and collate data of the basic situation,medical treatment,medical institutions and spatial layout satisfaction degree of the elderly in the city southern district and established a more scientific evaluation system of spatial distribution rationality of aging adaptation medical facilities allocation in southern district based on the research results.The evaluation system includes two criteria indexes: the rationality of medical facilities allocation and the rationality of spatial distribution,include six evaluation level indexes in total.Then combining with the official website data of the statistical bureau and the data collected from the actual investigation,I do the evaluation and analysis of rationality.It is concluded there are unreasonable problems such as that the overall level of the aging adaptation medical allocation in the city southern district is relatively low,poor carrying capacity and some unfairness of aging adaptation medical allocation,low accessibility of aging adaptation community medical institutions and so on.Finally,the obtained rationality results of aging adaptation medical allocation according to the research and analysis,in view of the characteristics and conditions of medical allocation in the southern district of Qingdao City,from the perspective of the elderly,based on the premise of saving the cost of medical resources and maximizing the utilization of medical resources,give targeted tactics advice about problems of medical allocation and spatial distribution in southern district,to provide some data and analysis basis for the construction and planning of medical aging adaptation in southern district.
