Research On The Planning And Design Of The Wisdom Pastoral Complex From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

Since the rural complex was written into the Central No.1 document in 2017,the rural complex has become an important way for China's rural development of agriculture and tourism to stimulate economic growth.The rural complex is a new type of agricultural industrial park and a rural development model integrating ecological agriculture,leisure,tourism and rural communities.The formation and development of the rural complex has great influence on regional integrated development,accelerating urban-rural integration,beautifying the environment,and ensuring poverty alleviation.It is one of the pillar industries that drive the development of these industries.However,at present,the development of the rural complex in China is still in its infancy.The development model is single and cannot form an industrial chain,which cannot effectively stimulate local economic development.Based on the new model of rural complex planning and design,this thesis focuses on the new design pattern of the pastoral complex and its planning and design strategy from the perspective of global tourism.Through the research and analysis of the concept and connotation,characteristics and necessity of the whole tourism and rural complex,and referring to the excellent pastoral complex cases at home and abroad,the main models and existing problems of the comprehensive stage of the pastoral development in China are analyzed.By analyzing the relationship between tourism and rural complexes,based on the theory of rural city,industrial integration theory,ecological perception theory and sustainable development theory,the concept of global tourism is integrated in to the planning and design of the rural complex.The idea of applying the Inte rnet of Things technology to the planning and design of the rural complex,especially the virtual experience technology of the Internet of Things,is proposed.Based on this idea,a new model of “global rural complex” is proposed,and from the landscape environment,In the three aspects of market environment and virtual environment,the strategy analysis of the rural complex under this model is carried out in order to create a wisdom and pastoral complex under the perspective of global tourism.Finally,taking the Manliu Village of Fuguanzhuang Town,Yishui County,Linyi City as an example,through SWOT analysis method,the natural conditions and location conditions of Fuguanzhuang Town in Yishui County were analyzed by literature research and field investigation.The advantages and disadva ntages of the development of the pastoral complex in the village.In this way,the planning and design of the rural complex of the Manliu Village is carriedout.This design is also based on the “global rural complex” design model proposed above.The planning and design of the rural complex of the Manliu Village is also the implementation and verification of the new model of the “global rural complex” proposed above and its design strategy.As a well-known natural resource,the village of Manliu Village,Fuguanzhuang County,Yishui County,the creation of an rural complex is an opportunity for its development,but there are also many problems in the village,such as imperfect infrastructure,limited tourism environment capacity,tourism The level of reception is low,and the contradiction between the protection of tourism resources and development is significant.In the context of global tourism,how to explore the relationship between global tourism and rural complex,how to use the virtual experience of the Internet of Things and other technologies to improve and refine the rural complex model,thus driving the local social and economic development,is China's current stage An important proposition that needs to be resolved urgently in the process of rural development.
