Landscape Planning Of Garden Complex Of The Youranchaxiang In Baihua Like Town,Guiyang City

With the rapid development of China's economy and the requirements of important national policies,the "three rural issues" are a major problem to be solved urgently in our country.Leading farmers out of poverty and getting rich is the main task at present.The proposal of rural complex is an important focus to solve the problems of weak rural collective economy,hollowed-out labor force,unsound infrastructure,limited rural entrepreneurship space,and dual structure of urban and rural areas.This paper studies the related contents of rural complex at home and abroad.The concept of rural complex has not been put forward abroad,but the development of rural tourism industry has a long history and is relatively mature,which has certain reference significance.From the earliest leisure agriculture in China,it has gradually developed into the present pastoral complex through several stages,such as family farms,leisure agriculture industrial parks,beautiful countryside and characteristic towns.Through the research on relevant contents at home and abroad,the author analyzes and interprets the concept of rural complex from the three major industrial contents of agriculture,culture and tourism,and community,and draws the conclusion that rural complex should have the characteristics of original ecological good space environment,solid foundation for the development of primary industry,and multi-industry integration development concept.At the same time,it has five major elements:landscape attraction core,leisure gathering area,agricultural production area,residential development zone and community supporting network.This paper selects four representative cases of Yangshan Oriental Garden Complex in Wuxi,Huaxiang and Guoxiang Garden Complex in Hebei,Lianhua Village in Yuelu District of Changsha City and provence lavender Manor in France for analysis.Through the analysis of the design concept,overall layout,landscape system and development mode of the cases,it summarizes the reference points of the garden complex in the planning,puts forward innovation points and applies them to the planning of Leisurely Tea Village Garden Complex.Under the guidance of design principles and implementation strategies,the planning and design concept of leisureliness tea township rural complex is put forward.based on the analysis of the current traffic location,topography,water resources,climate,natural resources,and human landscape resources,the overall structure of "one heart,one area,and four plates" and the landscape system of "one ring,many points,and one surface" are comprehensively considered to create a hundred flowers model of rural complex suitable for the development of Baihua lake town.Finally,through the actual project planning,a set of relatively perfect pastoral complex planning and development mode is formed,and is promoted to similar areas.
