The Construction Project Quality Control Study Of Tongyu County And Bianzhao Town In Road Engineering

With the rapid development of China's urban economy,the backward urban traffic conditions are becoming more and more serious,which hinder the pace of social life and the development of urban economy to a large extent.First of all,urban traffic conditions are relatively weak,so they not only influence the social development process,but are easy to cause traffic accident,bringing direct and indirect material loss and spiritual loss;Second,poor urban traffic conditions will affect the surrounded investment environment,so economy is difficult to get quick,direct and effective development.Third,for urban residents urban road congestion travel also brought a lot of unnecessary trouble and influence People's Daily life.In face of the needs of economic and social development,Tongyu county Bianzhao Town is an urgent need to improve road traffic to ensure the normal and stable of urban economic and social development.Urban road itself has some unique characteristics.The quality of the project will be influenced by different factors and conditions,which lead to the increasing difficulty of the engineering quality control.This paper is based on the theory of project quality control.The edge Bianzhao Town on road construction project quality management and quality control of involved knowledge theory are expounded.Starting from the definition and characteristics of quality and engineering quality,I put forward the procedure of road construction quality control and quality control,and the principle of applying total quality management to the concrete road construction projects.From the perspective of the factors affecting the quality of road construction project,the construction of the main body and quality control factors are analyzed,and I emphasize the important role of people in quality control,and apply to the specific engineering cases.In the paper,I take an example of the side of Tongyu county Bianzhao Town road projects as a case.based on the theory of quality management,I talk about the application of the project of the construction plan,the quality of engineering measures,etc.By Applying PDCA cycle to total quality management process,I put forward the whole process of quality management is the key point of total quality management and that advancing the whole project cycle is divided into project construction quality of construction quality management,project management,and project construction quality management.Finally,the measures to improve the quality management of road construction project in Bianzhao Town are proposed.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:First,on the basis of in-depth study of PDCA cycle,PDCA cycle is applied to all stages of urban road construction to conduct comprehensive quality management of engineering projects.Second,in the analysis of the factors affecting project quality control,in view of the particularity of the project,emphasis is placed on the role of personnel factors in quality control.Third,it is pointed out that the whole process quality management is the key point of several aspects involved in total quality management in road construction projects.Fourth,according to the road construction project in Tongyu county Bianzhao Town this paper analyzes the control method of the quality factors affecting the project,and through the whole process quality management of the road construction project in Tongyu county Bianzhao Town,puts forward the specific application of PDCA cycle in the project cycle.
