Research On Process Management Application Of Vietnam AK Thermal Power Construction Project

The thermal power construction project is a relatively difficult and cumbersome process.Its process can be divided into personnel allocation,resource control,security measures,progress control,quality control and other sub-processes.In the past,the management methods of thermal power construction projects were mostly integrated process flow and risk control mode.At present,China's requirements for thermal power construction projects are quite strict,and the traditional management model has been lacking in control,and has produced a variety of problems.The process management model of thermal power construction project is more flexible and comprehensive than the previous management model,and it also meets the current needs of thermal power construction project management.The rapid development of information technology has promoted the transformation of the management mode of thermal power construction project to a certain extent,making it more systematic and comprehensive than the previous management mode.By means of high-speed and efficient management and control communication means and organizational structure,the existing model has been developed more comprehensively,from a single management and control mode to become more diverse,comprehensive and coordinated,and the management efficiency and scope of management and control have been improved.Based on the theory of project management,this paper analyses the characteristics and tasks of thermal power construction project management,and further analyses the main contents,methods and difficulties of thermal power construction process management,at the same time,the importance of process management of thermal power construction project is clarified.Through the detailed analysis and summary of this paper,the process management of thermal power construction project has been given a deeper analysis,forming a wide range of common,practical and effective management methods.In the core chapters of this paper,taking AK thermal power construction project in Vietnam as an example,theapplication of process management in practical thermal power construction project is studied and discussed: from the identification of project process,to the control of key process,to the analysis of management and control results.Through the discussion,analysis and summary of the life cycle of the whole project from beginning to end,it is strongly confirmed that the application of process management method has effectively controlled the process of AK thermal power construction project in Vietnam.
