Digitalization Research Of Construction Process Based On MBD

The quality of construction projects directly affects the applicability of engineering products.At the same time,it is related to the safety of people’s lives and property.Quality control in the construction phase is the focus of project quality control,which is the control of the five elements of human,machine,material,method and environment in the construction phase.According to the construction level of the project,the quality of the construction stage can be divided into process quality,sub-project quality,sub-part project quality,and unit project quality.The process quality is the prerequisite for ensuring the quality of other levels of engineering.Process quality control is the control of the elements involved in process activities by compiling process regulations and organizing technical disclosures.The lack of structure of process regulations,the single form of technical disclosures,and the low degree of visualization make process quality control often mere formalities.Based on the technology of 3D digital manufacturing MBD(that is,an integrated 3D digital entity model is used as the only basis for product design and manufacture),this paper presents the construction process information and expression in the form of modeling.First,combined with the basic concepts of process management and craft management,the digitization of the construction process is defined;through the analysis of the MBD data set,an MBD-based construction process digitization framework is established.Secondly,the data structure of construction process model based on MBD is defined,the method of process design model creation for construction process is put forward by using BIM technology and parametric family,and the process information is structured by XML technology.It provides the foundation for the management and expression of process information,and puts forward the process information model creation method.Thirdly,the production method of light weight process information expression product based on key frame technology is put forward,and the process information is attached to the process design model,which is expressed by three-dimensional interactive view and process animation.After that,this paper analyzes the content composition and application status of the construction operation instruction,combines the product of process information expression,designs an interactive construction operation instruction,and introduces its compilation method and the interactive function realization based on the VBA in detail.Finally,the selected cases are applied according to the above technical route.
