The highway constructions in our country start later than other countries.The development of road&bridge construction enterprises are mainly concentrated in nearly 20 years,cost management,the lack of a set of relatively extensive system of cost control system,At the same time,highway and bridge construction,often front along the difference of humanities and geological environment,prices of raw materials and artificial cost is endless also and same,so many factors affecting cost management,Secondly,by subjective factors,especially the management level difference,adjacent to the economic contract,some very often brought by construction section of a rich economic benefit,but also can appear section.But at the same time,we also see that in the cost management of potential can be bigger,so the author had sworn road&bridge construction enterprise,combined with the road&bridge corporation cost control process were studied.Using the activity-based costing method in identifying the key link of cost control,and then from material purchase,the labor cost,the management cost and cost control,sub-contractor in enterprise internal control system,and the cost of formation in the road&bridge construction projects.Through analysis of cost control method of a complete bridge project,this paper use the method of ABC,to deal with every link cost control key factor analysis,explores the key link of cost control,engineering cost accounting units,and through comparison and analysis with the bidding price for low profits,and provides the basis for decision-making single subcontractor.Though establish a set of simple and relative system cost control system for road&bridge Construction Company,with the key link to optimize the cost control,thus reduce road&bridge construction through research on operating costs,so as to obtain the profit maximization.
