The Research On Quality Management Of YS Civil Airport Construction Projects

The civil airport construction project in China is a key infrastructure construction project in the development of the transportation industry in recent years,which is related to the development of China's national economy and the increasing demand of air transportation to meet the travel mode.China pays great attention to the quality and safety of the airport construction project.From the perspective of the construction environment of civil airport construction projects in China,the safety accident rate caused by quality management problems is high,which is caused by imperfect quality management mode,weak quality management awareness,single quality management method and inadequate quality management supervision and inspection.The problems existing in the quality management of civil airport construction projects are also common problems in other engineering construction projects in China.It is an important problem to be solved for engineering construction projects in China to explore scientific project quality management mode and improve project quality management level.This paper takes YS civil airport construction project as the research object and conducts a study on the quality management of YS civil airport construction project.The theoretical basis of this study is the domestic and foreign scientific theories on project quality management,including engineering project quality management related knowledge,total quality management theory,etc.,to guide this study.Deep YS civil airport construction project quality management in the practical work,analysis found that the project quality management has many problems,mainly including: loosely organized quality management and management responsibilities are not clear,process join some quality management problems,formally serious process of raw materials,equipment,quality accident caused by cost increases,caused by too much emphasis on progress blindly out of problems,such as serious hidden danger to project quality and safety.In view of these problems,this study gives the measures to solve the quality problems of YS civil airport construction projects,mainly including clarifying the overall idea of project quality management improvement;Optimize the organization of project quality management;Select effective quality management tools and methods;The implementation of total quality management involves personnel,materials,mechanical equipment,construction methods,construction environment,process quality,quality cost,supervision and other aspects.Through the steady implementation of quality management improvement measures,YS airport construction project can be expected to achieve good results in future quality management,mainly including: continuous improvement of quality management system,enhancement of quality risk control ability,and gradual effectiveness of quality management training.The purpose of this study is to improve the quality management level of YS civil airport construction project,protect people's traffic safety,life and property,and provide experience for other construction projects.
