Total Quality Management Research Of Substation Construction Projects

In recent years, under the trend of the rapid growth of national economy, powerindustry, as the national economy basic industry in our country, has a powerful role inpromoting national economic health and rapid development. Power industry is the key to thedevelopment of national economy, so the level of power engineering project quality isparticularly important. This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of totalquality management, and then makes comprehensive analysis for substation constructionproject, finally puts forward specific measures and implementation plans. Although there arelots of researches on total quality management at present, total quality management researchin field of transformer substation project is not very mature. Consequently, the total qualitymanagement research in this paper aiming at substation construction project becomesespecially important.Firstly this paper analyzes the background and significance of quality management, atthe same time do the research of status in home and abroad. Secondly, the paper describedthe theoretical framework and index system of the comprehensive evaluation, consideringthe human resource capacity indicators, quality information for capacity indicators, processcontrol indicators and other relevant factors, and then built total quality management modelof substation construction projects.Meanwhile, introduces the electricity situation of theplace and the situation of the substation project. The paper presents a comprehensiveassessment method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy processcombined substation construction projects total quality management, and the method solvesthe scientific issues of the evaluation indicators and the weight. Make the substationconstruction projects as an example, combining with qualitative and quantitative evaluation,is carried out. Through the study, this thesis provide a reference for the substation totalquality management in domestic.
