Renewable energy generation and electric vehicles all have the advantages of no pollution,and abundant renewable energy resources such as wind energy and solar energy.Their widespread use is one of the effective ways to solve the current human energy and environmental crisis.The integration of renewable energy power generation and electric vehicles,led by wind power and photovoltaic power generation,into electric power grids will affect the safety and stability of the power grid,economic operations,and power quality.Therefore,how to optimize the coordination of renewable energy power generation,power grids,and electric vehicle charging stations is an urgent problem to be solved.At the same time,unreasonable planning of electric vehicle charging stations is one of the main reasons for restricting the promotion of electric vehicles.This paper first summarizes the current research status and achievements in related fields,designs the power supply system composed of renewable energy generation and power grid,and proposes the concept and control measures for the later operation and maintenance.Wind power generation cooperates with the power grid to supply electric vehicle charging stations.Using the concept and control measures proposed in the latter stage of operation and maintenance can effectively avoid the problems of wind power and photovoltaic power generation that often exist,such as “discarding wind” and “discarding light”.The combination of renewable energy power generation,power grids,and electric vehicle charging stations has become a“wind-net-vehicle” joint system.The three complement each other and significantly increase the utilization of renewable energy.In the area of electric vehicle charging station planning,this paper first builds a planning model for the electric vehicle charging station to solve the problem of the uncertainty of the electric vehicle load.Starting from the user side and the grid side and other parties,build a planning model for the electric vehicle charging station,and use the improved differential culture algorithm based on the framework of the cultural algorithm to solve the planning problem.Through case analysis,verify the feasibility and superiority of the method.
