With the advantage of energy saving and environmental protection,electric vehicles can alleviate the problems of the energy crisis and environmental pollution,and have become the trend of Automotive Technology in the future.Charging facilities are the basis for the development of electric vehicles.How to coordinate the relation among electric vehicles,charging facilities and distribution networks is an important topic of scientists all over the world.Based on the electric vehicle market in Shangqiu,electric vehicles are classified according to their driving principles and use properties.The characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of electric vehicles are compared.The characteristics and application of four charging modes,including wireless charging mode,switching mode,DC charging mode and AC charging mode,are analyzed.The range of application of various charging facilities is clarified,and five business models of charging facilities in China are summarized.On the basis of summarizing the relevant policies of the development of electric vehicles and charging facilities,the design principles of charging facilities for electric vehicles in Shangqiu are studied and formulated.The present situation of electric vehicles in Shangqiu is analyzed.The influence factors that affect the demand forecast of electric vehicles and the prediction of charging facilities are summarized,and the number of electric vehicles in the next 5 years in Shangqiu,the charge of electric vehicles and the number of charging facilities are predicted.The mathematical model of the maximum power supply capacity of the distribution network is set up,and the maximum power supply capacity of the distribution network is calculated by load growth model with the same proportion,and the flow chart to calculate the maximum power supply capacity is given.Taking the planning of Shangqiu Yingbin Road bus charging station as an example,on the basis of considering the maximum power supply capacity of the distribution network near the charging station,the 10 kV power access scheme for the bus company's charging station is designed.The construction technical scheme of the charging station is designed,including the equipment list,the primary system and arrangement of the charging box transforms,the field station planning,the service capacity,the dispatching charge,the lightning protection scheme and the construction of the cloud platform,and the superiority of the construction scheme of the charging station is analyzed.
