Research On The Application And Adaptability Of Intelligent Gas Pressure Regulating Device

This paper investigates the common technological process of Beijing natural gas pressure regulating station,summarizing the urgent problems in the operation process of the station,such as unbalanced flow,low efficiency of allocation,low intelligence,large difficulty and excessive human capital,meanwhile putting forward the necessity and urgency of Beijing to promote the application of intelligent gas pressure regulating device.Based on the actual investigation of upstream gas transmission stations and typical urban gas transmission and distribution fields,the application modes of intelligent gas pressure regulating devices and the selection principles of different intelligent pressure regulating process schemes are summarized,providing reference experience for the application of intelligent gas pressure regulating devices in Beijing.The pipeline model of multi-branch pressure regulating station is established by using the process simulation software Aspen.The operating conditions of the pressure regulating device under different inlet pressure and flow fluctuation are simulated by setting the pressure and flow of the inlet and outlet of the pressure regulating station.Through the theoretical analysis and fitting of the data,the adjustment formula satisfying the engineering error can be obtained,which has certain guiding significance for the later engineering adjustment.This paper introduces the regulation principle,equipment characteristics,mainstream products and application fields of two kinds of device——flow control valves and pneumatic pressure remote control.By comparison and analysis of advantages and disadvantages,the flow regulating valve has the advantages of double regulation of pressure and flow,emergency cut-off and high adjustment accuracy,as well as the disadvantages of high requirements on electric load and slightly less circulation ability compared with the same size of the voltage regulator though.In combination with pressure and flow control requirements,it is recommended to use flow control valves in the barging station and the regional pressure control station with outlet flow control.For the newly built pressure regulating station and gate station,the process flow is recommended to adopt the form of single flow meter and pressure regulating device in series.In terms of control,intelligent gas pressure regulating device should adopt remote and local control modes.It is suggested to set up station control RTU to realize remote control of the field control object in the dispatching center,meanwhile setting up a special controller for local control of the field control object.
