| With the development of engineering construction process of globalization,China’s international project contracting industry has been developing in recent years,the vast scale of the project,the contract amount will continue to increase,covering countries and regions are also increasing year by year.Against this background,the competition in the international engineering contracting market is intensifying.The scale of investment in international projects is constantly increasing.The requirements on the overall contracting capacity,integrated project management,financing level and professional and technical level are all the more stringent.At the same time,the overseas political power and social unrest further make the local political risks,social risks and the uncertainty of the project implementation environment even more prominent for the international engineering contracting enterprises.Due to the complicated and trans-localized nature of projects undertaken by large-scale overseas contractors in China,the problems of resource sharing and conflict between different projects are serious under the condition of limited enterprise resources,resulting in difficulties in coordination and the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprises difficult.Enterprises ushered in the new market environment under the new challenges,the widespread use of traditional project management theory difficult to adapt to new market changes.The proposal and dissemination of multi-project management theory have brought hope for enterprises to solve the above problems.At present,the research on multi-project management in our country still can not form a complete theoretical system,especially for multi-project management theory research on enterprises that mainly undertake international engineering projects.Based on the author’s own working experience accumulated in the field of international project management and under the guidance of two expert tutors,based on the existing theory of multi-project management,this paper analyzes the model,organizational structure and optimal allocation of resources And other aspects of the theory were analyzed,the existing multi-project organization model is analyzed,the multi-project management style of international engineering contracting enterprises is proposed,and the key chain method is used to study the multi-project management progress and resource allocation of international engineering contracting enterprises.Furthermore,the key control points of multi-project schedule management in international project are further analyzed.It is proposed that the systematic and quantitative analysis of the multi-project progress management based on the critical chain method is the actual demand of guiding the practice of the key chain multi-project management method.In this paper,the research on the critical chain method of multi-project management will provide theoretical help for the application of multi-project management theory in the field of international project contracting.Based on the practical experience and the existing theoretical foundation,international engineering contracting enterprises in China will be better to carry out international business,market development,improve project management and business efficiency of enterprises to provide reference. |
