Along with China's national strategies of "Going out" and "One Belt and One Road "were implemented, the competition in the domestic construction market of China became intensifying, more and more Chinese construction enterprises went abroad and participated in international project contracting. Due to its own characteristics of international contraction projects, there are a lot of risks in the whole life of the projects in stage of feasibility study, bidding, contract negotiation signing and implementation.How to prevent and control the risks in the whole life of the international contraction projects, which has become the problematic issues for carrying out the project smoothly, handing over the project smoothly and getting a good profit successfully, and which also has become the most important issue for the management of going out enterprises of China to study and solve.Based on the above mentioned issues, this dissertation firstly overviewed the theories of risk management in the international project contracting, in which the concept and characters of international project contracting were clarified; the objective factors of risk existing in the international project contracting were revealed. The concept, significance, characteristic and content of international project constructing were clarified. At the same time, the concepts and methods of four processes in the international project contracting risk management were discussed.Secondly, the development statuses in the international project contracting and international project contracting risk management of TIEC were introduced. Project G in the TIEC(R) was analyzed as a practical case to reflect the existing problems of TIEC in the risk management method of international project contracting.Thirdly, on the basic of studying in the theories of international project contracting risk management, with project G for example, one set of operability risk management method was designed and one set of safeguard measures for implementing the new designd risk management method was given at the same time by the author.In new designed risk management method, executive department and supervision department were added to strengthen the enforcement and supervision the risk management method. Delphi Method was used to identify the main risks in project, to set up the Risk Factor Identification System (RFIS). The Investigation& Specialist Marking Methods was used to determine the weights of risk factors and qualitative evaluation the risk factors. The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process were used to qualitative evaluation the risk factors. Finally, the key risk factors were defined and the control measures were given.At the end of the dissertation, the author emphasized the importance of applying the new designed risk management method for TIEC. Moreover, the author further put forward the issues for the future research.
