This years,a surge in demand for domestic heavy CARDS,all heavy card enterprises in order to meet the increasing demand for order,we need to optimize and analyze the scheduling plan of order production to improve production efficiency and expand production capacity.We need to improve product quality to meet the needs of increasingly "picky" customers.It is necessary to enhance the level of enterprise informatization so as to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition environment and enhance the core competitiveness.This paper mainly aims at the analysis of the above aspects and combined with the overall requirements of the national implementation of the upgrading and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Through industry research and enterprise practice,select a typical domestic heavy truck business vehicle longitudinal beam production line for research.Point at scheduling problems that restrict production efficiency,design and develop the simulation production module based on research and analysis.The problem of uneven distribution of planned production capacity and uneven production time in the simultaneous processing of multiple production lines is studied and analyzed.The scheduling principle based on factors such as production quality,production lead time,special order need and so on are embedded into the operational module of the simulation production module.The production factors,such as material status,logistics time,equipment production rhythm and transmission speed,which affect production equilibrium,are coupled into the scheduling model.The algorithm and formula of simulation scheduling model are put forward,and the simulation production model is established to improve the scheduling equilibrium rate,achieve automatic production scheduling and update in real time,through the analysis of system operation logic,process flow,hierarchy structure,software architecture,hardware architecture and network transmission structure,the monitoring of the whole process of the production of the longitudinal beam is realized.Through the above work,the model development of analog production scheduling is set up,It solves the problem of balancing production and improves production efficiency.The automatic transportation system is designed and developed to solve the problem of on-line quality control in the process of production.The MES system for longitudinal beam processing is designed and developed,which realizes real-time monitoring of production and on-line diagnosis of equipment faults,improves operation efficiency and reduces running cost.
