Communication system in the distribution automation system mainly realizes the function of real-time monitoring,and can complete the function of "three remotes",which is of great significance.Therefore,the security and reliability of the communication system is an important guarantee for the realization of distribution network automation.Distribution automation communication system can usually be divided into three parts:the core layer?the access layer and the terminal layer.The core layer is based on optical fiber transmission technology.The access layer is based on a variety of technologies such as optical fiber communication and wireless private network.The lowest cost and best security is wireless private network technology.As for the communication mode of the terminal layer wireless private network,it can ensure the safe access of the distribution terminal to the main station equipment.Due to the complex structure of distribution network system,Single mode communication network is not enough for the distribution system.In practice,according to the characteristics of different communication technologies and the impact on the performance of distribution network system,the specific scheme of distribution network automation communication system should be selected according to the operation conditions.This paper introduces the characteristics of related communication technology.According to the development status of distribution automation system of Rizhao Power Supply Company in Shandong Province,a 3-layer network composition scheme is proposed in this thesis.In this paper,a multi-level distributed architecture and multi-communication modes are proposed to better meet the different demands of different services for delay and reliability.In view of the overall design,we put forward the networking scheme of "Optical Fiber Communication + TD-LTE Wireless Private Network",which proves that our scheme is advanced and practical.It is believed that this will provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of Rizhao City power grid in Shandong province.
