Research And Development Of Intelligent Turning Medical Mattress

The problem of nursing for elderly people who have been in bed for a long time,and suffering from sputum or cerebral hemorrhage etc.It has become a heavy burden for many families.Long-term bedridden patients are prone to acne under the influence of physical factors such as temperature,pressure and humidity.At present,the main equipment used to prevent bedsore is turning over bed and inflatable mattress.But the turn over bed is cumbersome and inconvenient to move.It is only suitable for use in hospitals.However,the existing anti-decubitus cushion has the functions of single function,low intelligence,shortage of fault alarm and rigid control interface.So it is particularly important to study an intelligent medical mattress.This paper presents the design of an intelligent turn-over medical mattress from four aspects: Structural design,pneumatic system,control system hardware and control system software.In terms of Structural design.Modeling and designing various components with UG software.And the rationality of the overall structure of assembly modeling analysis and possible interference problems.In terms of pneumatic systems.Firstly,analyze the pneumatic system and draw the pneumatic system program diagram.And the pneumatic system schematic diagram based on pneumatic system program.Finally,select the appropriate pneumatic components through calculation.In terms of control system hardware.Firstly,the core of STM32 is determined.And designes power,air pump drive,solenoid valve drive,air pressure detection,temperature detection,heart rate detection and fault alarm modules through Altium Designer software.Finally,the PCB diagram is drawn.In terms of control system software.Write control system program with Keil software as working platform.Low-loss loss therapy using least squares fitting function.Designed a single bus 4-point temperature measurement program and ADC conversion program.And realize the RS-232 communication based on the modbus protocol.Finally,complete the human-machine interface design to realize the intelligent-zation of the medical mattress.Reasonable design of intelligent turning medical mattress.It can realize the functions of turning over,lifting,bending legs,swinging massage,temperature and heart rate detection and display.The device not onlyeffectively prevents acne,but also reduces the intensity of care for medical staff and family members.
