With the rapid development of automation technology,the traditional artificial storage system has been difficult to meet the needs of flexible production in manufacturing enterprises.In this context,the robotic storage system has been widely used in all walks of life.The mobile shelf(pods)of the robotic storage system makes it more flexible.It can adjust the storage layout dynamically according to the change of demand,which has great advantages that other storage systems do not have.This paper focuses on the optimization of the layout design and location allocation of the robotic storage system based on the fishbone layout of mobile shelves,which has theoretical significance for the early design of the storage system.Firstly,through the definition and calculation of the basic parameters of the fishbone layout,the detailed design method of the fishbone layout under the robotic storage system is obtained,and according to the operation process of the robotic storage system,the calculation method of the robot's walking distance,walking time and energy consumption of the storage and retrieval task is obtained,which is used to analyze the fishbone layout's applicability and the research on the velocity and acceleration of the robot.Secondly,the paper studies the performance changes of the warehouse efficiency and storage area utilization ratio of the fishbone layout under the conditions of different warehouse length width ratio,storage scale and shelf size through the simulation experiment.Taking the traditional layout as a comparative experiment,the characteristics and applicable scenarios of fishbone layout were studied.On this basis,the influence of the robot's speed and acceleration on the warehouse efficiency and energy consumption is studied,and the appropriate value range of robot's speed and acceleration parameters under the optimal fishbone layout is obtained,which provides guidance for the warehouse designers to optimize the mobile shelves' layout and robot parameters.Finally,for the robotic storage system based on the fishbone layout,an optimization model for the storage location assignment is established,which aims at the optimal efficiency of the storage and retrieval tasks and the workload balance of the partial roadway.The adaptive genetic algorithm and simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm are designed to solve the problem.In order to further study the performance of the improved algorithm,the paper designs the storage location assignment optimization problems of different scales.Based on the comparison of basic algorithm,the paper analyzes the two performances of the improved algorithm,i.e.the optimization rate of the objective function and the number of iterations,and verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the improved algorithm for the storage location assignment optimization of the robotic storage system based on fishbone layout.
