Modern tram has become the important way to solve the problem of small and medium-sized city traffic congestion,which wins the favour of all over the world.And its technical operation features have similarities with subways and light rails,but it also has its own unique features.The form of the modern tram is complex,its lower subgrade is soft,and the vehical type is unique,in such aspects,the maintenance and repair should not be completely equally to the subway.,light rail and other urban rail transportation.However,the present modern tram that our country designed and produced are considered lack of pertinence.he reason is that the design and construction are mostly use the experience of other countries for reference,which can not be well adapted to the specific conditions of our country.Combined with the urban traffic planning and rail transit network planning as a whole,we should carry out the construction of the new trolley system research,meanwhile carry out the pilot work for new tram,and begin the design work of the single open rail--60 R2 rail according to the working conditions of Guangzhou modern trams in groups.This paper mainly revolves around the nationalization study of the 1435mm,60r2 rail NO.6 single turnout,which aims to analyze and calculate the main structure function,the strength of the structure parts,the stiffness homogenization of the tram rail.And it provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of structure design,which includes the checkings of the strength of the key parts,the homogenerous design of the stiffness,the necessity of top-putting of the top iron on the switch rail,and the study of the transformation of the switch rail.
