Most of the dikes in East Liaohe River were repaired from 1975 to 1977.After many flood disasters,the health of the dikes declined year by year,and the hidden safety problems became increasingly prominent.In view of this,it is necessary to use scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to evaluate the health status of the Dongliao River dike,so as to provide reference for dike engineering construction and operation management.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of literature review and according to the actual situation of Dongliao River dike project,the connotation of comprehensive evaluation of Dongliao River dike health,the basis for selecting evaluation units and the criteria for classifying evaluation grades were defined,and the principles for selecting evaluation indexes were formulated.The structural health evaluation index was selected by the method of consequence reverse diffusion,and the ecological health and management health evaluation index were screened by theoretical analysis.A comprehensive evaluation index system of structural-ecological-management coupling was constructed.(2)Discuss the weighting method and scoring method of dike indexes.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the weighting method of AHP-cloud model was established.The weights and scoring values of indexes were calculated by using the measured data and expert experience.(3)By using the system thought,considering the complexity of the influencing factors of dike health and the fuzziness of the evaluation criteria,taking the factors of Dongliao River dike health as a fuzzy system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and a cloud model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are proposed.(4)By taking the left bank dike of Gaolimu Bridge to Outer Ring Overpass as an example,the weight of each index was calculated by AHP-cloud model,and the health status of the dike was evaluated by the above two evaluation methods.The results show that the embankment was in a "pathological" state,while the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of cloud model considers the fuzziness and randomness,and shows it in the form of cloud images,which makes the evaluation results more intuitive and recommends the preferred selection.
