China's industrialization process has gone through more than a hundred years,leaving too many industrial heritage worth to protect.With the change of industrialization process,many industries have also been eliminated,many old-style machines,old factories and related industrial buildings.Also abandoned,these industrial heritages should be witnessed as a historical example of China's industrialization,but today many industrial heritages in China are gradually disappearing,and the overall perception of industrial heritage is still very shallow.In the protection and development,the industrial heritage is often ignored.The value of use,most of the relevant units do not have the ability to effectively assess the non-use value of industrial heritage,which is also an important reason for the lack of protection of industrial heritage.The Contingent Valuation Method(CVM)is one of the most effective and widely used methods for evaluating non-use value.There are relatively few applied researches in the industrial heritage field.Most of the applied cases are simply non-use.The value estimation has almost no deeper research on the combination of regional economy and human geography.The existing industrial heritage in China is mostly industrial clusters with dotted clusters,like the Middle East Railway Industrial Heritage,which spans four provinces and covers such a large area.The large-scale linear industrial heritage is very rare,and it does not have the continuity of natural resources such as rivers and forests.It is generally a breakpoint type.It has its unique uniqueness in research,and its research cannot be a single willingness to pay.Assessment and impact factor evaluation,as well as regional economic and human geography factors,in order to effectively evaluate the non-use value of industrial heritage.Based on the existing research,this study evaluates the non-use value of double-boundary binary CVM for large linear industrial heritage applications.According to the difference of economic,population and location of linear industrial heritage nodes,the stratification is carried out in non-use value evaluation.The evaluation also makes a differential analysis of the factors affecting the willingness to pay for industrial heritage according to the regional economy.Through empirical analysis of the railway industrial heritage in the Middle East,it studies the evaluation method of the willingness to pay for linear industrial heritage,and explores the influencing factors of non-use value under different regional economic levels.The average willingness to pay distribution of the overall data is calculated using the willingness to pay function model to calculate the average willingness to pay for the Middle East Railway Line to be 112.42 yuan.Divide the overall data into three different levels of urban node data according to the economic population difference of cities along the line,and respectively calculate the willingness distribution of the first-,second-,and third-level city-level data payment intentions to obtain the first,second,and third-level urban nodes.The average willingness to pay is 135.45 yuan,101.53 yuan,103.11 yuan.According to the estimation of the average willingness to pay for the overall and the grading,it is found that there is a significant gap between the average payment intention of the Middle East railway industrial heritage in different levels of cities,and the first-level node is significantly higher than the average willingness to pay for the secondary and tertiary nodes.The average willingness to pay between nodes and tertiary nodes is not much different,which proves that the differences in economic and cultural levels of different regions have a significant impact on the average willingness to pay for industrial heritage.Through the estimation of the parameters of the overall data,the results show that the respondent's industrial heritage cognition level,education level,personal income level,and duration of residence in the survey area are positive factors affecting the willingness of the respondent to pay,the respondent industry The level of cognition of the heritage,the level of education,the level of personal income,and the higher the length of residence in the survey area,the more likely it is to fund the protection of the Middle East railway industrial heritage.Among the respondents,women are more inclined to invest in the protection of the Middle East railway industrial heritage.The age and work of the respondents were not a positive factor in the respondent's willingness to pay.According to the parameter estimation results of the city data of the first,second and third nodes,the parameter estimation results of the three different nodes are quite different.The two variables of industrial heritage cognition education level are positive positive influence factors of willingness to pay in three different levels of cities.The higher the per capita income of residents in the first-and second-tier cities,the more they tend to invest in the protection of the Middle East railway industrial heritage.Only in the first-tier cities,women are more inclined to invest in the protection of the Middle East railway industrial heritage,and the length of time that respondents live in the first-tier cities also positively affects the local history and culture,resulting in the residents living in the local time.The longer the willingness to protect the Middle East railway industrial heritage,the greater the proportion of middle-aged populations in the secondary node cities,which makes the gap in the age of the survey data too obvious,which leads to significant estimation of the age variable parameters of the data.The research conclusions provide a new way for the evaluation of industrial heritage value,improve the effectiveness of industrial heritage value evaluation,and provide a reliable basis for the subsequent evaluation of industrial heritage value.at the same time,it provides theoretical support for the value analysis and protection policy formulation of the Middle East Railway.
