Study The Report About The Strategic Renewal Of The Landscape In Gongzhuling Industrial Heritage

In nowadays society that manufacture and industry update rapidly,with the industrial lands and industrial equipments and other industrial facilities quick replacement,a large number of industrial sites are abandoned,In the process of urbanization in China,these idle industrial waste landscapes,buildings,structures and machineries and other industrial wastes will become occupied by urban land,which is a waste of urban resources,and impacts urban ecological environment,resulting in a major hidden dangers.Therefore,under the concept of improving the industrial heritage at home and abroad and under the guidance of the transformation of the industrial heritage sites,the protection of industrial heritage in China's small and medium-sized cities has also attracted more attention.In this paper,we take the industrial heritage sites of Gongzhuling City,Jilin Province,as an example,to analyze its affiliated land and landscape upgrading in detail and put forward scientific renovation strategies and solutions.This paper is divided into four chapters,the specific contents are as follows:Firstly,this part mainly introduces the source of the research,the background of the research,the present situation of the development at home and abroad,the content,the research methods and the significance of the research in chapter 1.And leads to the theory and concepts used in this paper in the most important part of this chapter,puts forward a solid theoretical basis for field research and updated strategies below,lays the foundation for the whole article.It makes a detailed collection of historical documents and research in chapter 2for the destination that the main research object in this paper situates——Gongzhuling mantetsu railway subsidiary land.Including the formation conditions and factors of the Gongzhuling subsidiary land,the history of urbandevelopment and the status of Gongzhuling mantetsu subsidiary land,introduces the unique historical and cultural characteristics of Gongzhuling.Urban industrial landscape depends on the process of urban history,the understanding to the development process of the subsidiary land,is conducive to seize the characteristics of Gongzhuling City,grasps the direction,foreshadows the historical basis for value analysis below.This paper regards the theory in the first chapter as a direction in chapter 3,make an analysis of landscape classification and multiple values for the scenery of Gongzhuling mantetsu railway subsidiary land.Combined with the history and culture,analyses,summarizes and sums up landscape characteristics of Gongzhuling subsidiary land from different angles,makes full preparations for that can propose the renewal strategy with local characteristics,avoids the practice of echo what the books say.In the last part of this chapter,this paper finds the existing problems of landscape in Gongzhuling subsidiary land,landscape ecological environment,as the important natural components of urban landscape,at the same time of providing landscape strategy for it,also should betake to solve the original landscape problems,solve the original abandoned,dilapidated,random landscape state drastically and roundly.In the last chapter of this paper,regarding the theory previously proposed as basis,combined with the history of Gongzhuling,the characteristics of the city and the landscape features and the status of the subsidiary land,learning from the successful cases at home and abroad,recommending the latest urban landscape concept,proposing innovative solutions.Providing theoretical basis and practical guidance to landscape renewal of Gongzhuling mantetsu subsidiary land.
