Private car space sharing is an effective way to tap the parking potential and revitalize the parking resources,and can help solve the problem of "difficult parking" in China to a great extent.However,the data of the existing private car seat sharing operating platform shows that the public’s participation in the private car seat sharing mode is not high,which limits the development of the private car seat sharing mode.In order to analyze the causes of this problem and maximize the enthusiasm of private car space sharing,this paper studies the supply willingness and demand willingness of private car space,and on this basis,puts forward the operation mechanism of private car space sharing platform to help solve the contradiction between supply and demand of Chinese parking space.First,from the perspective of parking space providers,based on t he S-O-R model,we explored the factors affecting the willingness to supply private parking spaces,and summarized five factors that affect the willingness to supply,including sharing benefits,sharing risks,technical feasibility,institutional feasibili ty,and the influence of relatives and friends.From the perspective of parking space demanders,combined with the technology acceptance model,five factors affecting the willingness to use,such as perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,use benefit,use risk,and the influence of friends and family,were summarized.Design a questionnaire based on the analysis of influencing factors,and obtain the basic data required for the establishment of the later model through the questionnaire.After analyzing the questionnaire data with SPSS,the model of private car space supply willingness and the model of private car space use willingness were constructed respectively.The model fitting and path analysis were carried out with the structural equation modeling software AMOS to analyze the influence degree of various factors on the supply willingness and use willingness.According to the results of the model of willingness to use,the most influential factor is perceived usefulness,while the most influential specific factors are parking search distance,walking distance and parking cost.According to the results of the supply willingness model,sharing benefits and the influence of friends and relatives have a significant positive effect on supply willingness.Shared risk has a significant negative impact on supply willingness.The biggest direct influence factor on supply willingness is shared benefit,while the biggest influence factor on shared benefit is economic benefit.Therefore,economic benefit is the most important factor affecting supply willingness.According to the analysis results of the above influencing factors of supply and demand willingness,the platform operation mechanism is designed according to the key influencing factors from the perspective of demand side and supply side respectively.From the demand side,considering that the key factors affecting the parking choice behavior are the parking search distance,walking distance and parking cost,the dynamic game theory was introduced to establish a dynamic pricing model which considered both parking demand and parking choice behavior preference.From the supplier’s point of view,considering that the key factor affecting the supply willingness is economic benefit,the principal-agent model is introduced to get the best profit distribution mechanism between the platform and the supplier.The research results of this paper can provide ideas for the formulation of strategies to promote the development of private car space sharing mode,and provide an operation mechanism to promote the development of private car space sharing from the perspective of parking space owners and parking space demander,so as to maximize the interests of platform,supplier and user,and promote the development of private shared parking.
