| Increasing development of economic society, there has been an increase in the projects of reconstruct and new-build animal enclosures, zoo staff bear more and more tasks. In recent years, due to the existence of various risk factors, many problems have plagued the animal enclosure construction project in the zoo. Therefore,it is a major problem to identify the risk of the zoo construction project and the timely treatment of the risk.Although domestic and foreign scholars after years of evidence from the analysis of direction for all stages of project risk management and project measures carried out profound discussion, analysis of project risk and project oriented type operation reached with the embodiment of a two pronged approach, but the research projects in the field of the zoo is still very scarce. Therefore, this paper focuses on the risk management of Giant panda court projects, and analyses it from the following aspects.First of all,we should understand the nature of project risk and refer to the basic theories and methods of engineering risk management.Secondly, according to the exclusive characteristics of the giant panda court of zoo construction project, risk analysis of the project owner’s and recognition, the risk of the giant panda court of zoo construction project is divided into roughly eight categories, which was arranged and analyzed one by one and formulated measurement according to the corresponding risk. Finally, according to detailed actual cases experience of the N city giant panda enclosure project, the project risk identification and prevention theory into practice through practical research combined with the way.Based on Delphi analysis method, this paper discusses the most realistic risk problems in zoo construction projects, such as risk identification or control. The research results in this paper are of practical significance and theoretical guidance value for improving and enriching the risk management theory of the zoo animal enclosure construction project, and building the wild animal enclosure construction project scientifically and rationally. |
