Based On The Reliability Of The Research In The West Of Nanning City Distribution Network Planning Program

The power distribution system relates to the system and users,which is directly related to the important part of the power supply quality.The reliability index of power supply directly reflects the performance of power supply system to provide electricity to users,which reflects the satisfaction of the power industry to the national economic power needs.The medium voltage distribution network in the west of the city is the econ omic foundation for the construction of xixiangtang district in nanning.With the rapid development of economy and society in the region,users’ demand for relia bility of electricity is higher and higher,According to the development goal of" 185611" of China southern power grid,the reliability of power supply in central ur ban areas needs to reach the average outage time of users less than 1 hour in 202 O.But at present,the average power outage time in cheng xi district of nanning ci ty is 3.17hours.Therefore,in order to solve the contradiction between peripheral load and grid planning and construction,to ensure that the reliability of power su pply in the central urban area can meet the requirements of the provincial grid co mpanies through the construction of the 13thfive-year plan,the middle voltage d istribution network in the west of the city urgently needs to carry out in-depth st udy on the planning of the primary grid structure of the distribution network.Based on the "13th five-year" distribution network planning of the power s upply sub-bureau in the western part of the city,this paper is an optimization of t he "13th five-year" planning,and mainly proposes the construction measures of grid racks from the perspective of reliability.Measures to improve the reliability of medium voltage distribution network in the west of the city are proposed,incl uding the construction of substation,the transformation of ring network,the opti mization of switch configuration and the improvement of reliability managemen t.Finally,the results of the improvement measures and cost effectiveness are anal yzed.To guide the fund release of medium voltage distribution network in the we st of nanning city in the next five years,providing guidance for the management goal and requirement of power supply reliability in the west of nanning power s upply branch.
