Therefore, according to the China Southern Power Grid andlong-term development strategy as a turning point, with the international advanced powersupply enterprise benchmarking as a means, starting from the full range of power gridplanning, procurement, construction, operation, management, a comprehensive study of thepower supply reliability improvement strategies, including:(1) A detailed analysis of the present situation of power supply in Guangzhou power grid,the peak load in Guangzhou power grid operation simulation, problems existing in powersystem and its influence on the reliability of power supply.(2) Through the Guangzhou power grid and Singapore Xin company reliabilitybenchmarking, analysis of Guangzhou power grid and the international advanced level of thegap from the aspects of network structure, power grid construction environment, engineeringquality control, quality control, planned outage management, state monitoring and conditionbased maintenance, accident treatment, distribution operation mode, anti multiple aspects ofexternal damage, prevent users go out, rapid restoration and repair of the accident, distributionautomation and protection, live line work, index management etc., and the impact ofblackouts on power supply reliability index is calculated.(3) Combined with benchmarking, put forward specific strategies to improve powersupply reliability of Guangzhou power grid from many aspects, and the influence on thepower supply reliability of distribution automation transformation after the implementation of quantitative calculation and analysis.In this paper, starting from the underlying, find the gap, seek reason, strategy, throughqualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combination method, the effectiveness ofstrategy is validated, in order to improve power supply reliability of Guangzhou power gridand put forward feasible suggestions. |
