| With Chinese sustained and rapid development of automobile industry,the important position in national economy are also continue to strengthen,support and drive Chinese economy continued rapid growth and become one of the leading industry.At present,the auto industry to carry out new development philosophy,adhere to seek improvement in stability work always tone,to supply the lateral structural change to the main line,actively promote transformation and upgrading of industries,and deepen the innovation,promoting the development of industry with high quality.Firstly,this paper embarks from the actual situation of Chinese automobile industry,in the basis of summarizing the automobile industry at home and abroad about supplier management status.Analyzes the domestic and foreign supplier management objectively,and performed the discussion of supplier management in the development process of G company intensively.There are several problems were identified: first,the engineer has a poor understanding of the product development process;second,poor technical development ability in the early stage of the supplier project;third,the supplier design verification capability is insufficient;fourth,the supplier delivery ability is poor;Secondly,put forward the problems of the following reasons: first,the application process is not in place for the new product development;second,the talent flow of research and development is too fast;third,supplier evaluation access system is not imperfection;fourth,the supplier project management process is not imperfection;fifth,supplier research and development ability is weak;sixth,social factors and other factors influence;Then the improvement plan is proposed from the aspects of supplier management improvement guiding ideology,improvement principle and improvement content in the automobile r&d process of G company;Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of organization and employee training. |
