With the rapid development of the economy,the development process of urbanization has entered the fast lane,which has also led to the year-on-year increase in the number of construction projects in China.Most of the construction projects started at this stage are based on casting on site as a traditional construction method,which requires a large amount of labor and is likely to cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.The prefabricated concrete structure is a building assembled on the construction site with prefabricated reinforced concrete members.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place structure,it has many advantages: it can make up for the shortage of traditional buildings,save resources,reduce pollution caused by construction,improve labor production efficiency and the level of quality safety,and reduce construction costs.It is an important measure to promote the reform of the construction industry in order to push forward the development of the construction industry into the direction of informationization and industrialization.Therefore,It is urgently needed to be extended as a construction project in China for the green energy-saving and environmentally friendly prefabricated technologyThe main research works of this paper were as follows:(1)In combination with the actual project,a detailed analysis was carried about the violation of the “four sections and one environmental protection” principle during the construction process,including the analysis of the problem of the green construction management and key technologies of the fabricated concrete structure,the analysis of the problem of the design and construction of the assembled temporary facilities,and a corresponding improvement plan was proposed for the above problems.(2)During the hoisting process,there could be a collision between the longitudinal ribs of the frame beam and the steel bars protruding of the prefabricated laminates,which affected the laying of the prefabricated slabs.Namely,a phenomenon could be occurred that that the longitudinal ribs of the frame beams and the prefabricated floor slabs cross and interfere each other,affecting the speed and efficiency of the construction seriously.In order to solve this problem,a new type of construction method was proposed and for confirmation of the bearing capacity of the laminated slab adopting the new construction method,the bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of the fabricated laminated slab in the use stage are studied through experiments to provide experimental support for the theory.(3)According to the current standards and the relevant provisions for temporary housing,the functional analysis combined with the basic theory of architecture determined the basic size and material selection of temporary housing.Based on the analysis of building function,the structural system and main node structure suitable for repeated assembly were proposed through structural analysis.(4)The three-dimensional structural model of prefabricated reinforced concrete pavement is established by ABAQUS finite element software,and the most unfavorable filling position and related influencing factors are determined under the static load of the vehicle on the prefabricated prefabricated road through the simulation of the actual construction site.Through the structural analysis of the prefabricated road board and based on the actual engineering application situation,an optimization plan is proposed,and the standardized design of the prefabricated road board and the construction process of the precast concrete temporary road in the actual project are summarized.
