With the rapid development of China's economy,the level of new-type urbanization is getting higher and higher.In the long run,urban housing construction will maintain a high level of development.Resource consumption is a major problem in the construction industry,so resource utilization should be increased and resource consumption reduced.The only way for China to promote "industrialization of construction and industrialization of housing" is to develop prefabricated buildings.Compared with traditional construction methods,prefabricated construction projects add a lot of lifting work,which is in harmony with the transportation equipment of large prefabricated parts.The main feature of prefabricated construction projects is that with the continuous increase in the prefabrication rate and the number of prefabricated parts,the number of prefabricated parts will also become very large,with many types and quantities,which will be the main challenge of management.Based on a residential house project in Kunshan City,this article introduces the design of construction scheme of prefabricated PC structure(that is,prestressed concrete structure),including the construction of prefabricated components;analyzes and studies the PC component of a residential house project in Kunshan City,that is,prestressed concrete component Difficulties in construction;put forward a reasonable construction process,summarize modern assembly-building construction technology,and use finite element analysis software ANSYS to check the stress of the laminated plate of a residential building project in Kunshan City#1 to ensure the structural bearing capacity.The following suggestions are proposed to improve the bearing capacity of spliced laminated panels:the use of reinforced reinforcement and other construction methods at the spliced laminated panels helps to improve the effect of stress transmission;to enhance the bearing capacity of the spliced laminated panels,additional anchoring measures or Change the position of the reinforcement to increase the effective height.
