Reaserch On Selection Of Prefabricated Concrete Suppliers Of Construction General Contract Enterprise

For the purpose of meeting the strategic needs of sustainable development,China has been always insisting on advancing the development of prefabricated buildings in the construction market with obvious advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption,and stable quality in recent years.However,in the current market environment,high cost has always been the problem that prefabricated buildings try to overcome.In the theory of supply chain management,cost control is an important work content in procurement management,so it is proposed to focus on the selection of suppliers in the procurement process,in order to control the quality of prefabricated buildings and reduce cost waste.Realizing the preferred supplier of prefabricated building components is a virtuous circle in the prefabricated building market,which is an important prerequisite and guarantee for high-quality and efficient construction of prefabricated buildings.Based on the analysis of previous literature,we find that there is relatively little research on the optimization of prefabricated component suppliers under the new JIT procurement model.Under the background of the booming of prefabricated construction and the sustainable development of the procurement management model,researching and analyzing to establish a better-fitted,more scientific,more comprehensive,and practical supplier selection evaluation system is highly theoretical and practical.This paper combines the previous methods and theories of supplier selection,analyzes the particularity of prefabricated buildings,and the requirements of prefabricated buildings that are more suitable for JIT procurement modes compared to traditional procurement modes.From the direction of general contracting enterprises' requirements,CQP(Cost-Quality-Personalization)thought,which we regard as the guiding ideology,we have constructed a more comprehensive,scientific and accurate supplier selection evaluation index system.A combination of analytic network process(ANP)and coefficient of variation method is used to give weight to each index due to the characteristics of mutual feedback and connection among the indexes.At the same time,the precast concrete supplier selection is a typical multi-attribute decision group selection problem.After comparing other supplier evaluation models,the TOPSIS method is selected to implement the supplier selection decision.The municipal analysis shows that the supplier selection evaluation index system and evaluation method studied in this paper is feasible,scientific and practical.
