With the continuous expansion of the scale of prefabricated buildings in China,the demand for prefabricated components is also increasing.In today’s increasingly severe global economy,good prefabricated component suppliers are becoming more and more important to small and medium-sized construction companies.Due to the continuous development of science and technology,big data technology is applied in all aspects of life,but big data information collection technology has not been specifically related to the research on the selection of prefabricated building PC component suppliers.On the basis of summarizing previous scholars’ research on supplier evaluation indicators and methods,the paper established a set of selection evaluation indicator system suitable for PC component suppliers through big data information collection technology,and proposed a combination of factor analysis and approximation to the ideal solution.The ranking method is the evaluation method to select and rank the suppliers.Starting from the perspective of construction companies,the thesis builds an index system for PC component supplier selection for prefabricated construction based on big data information collection technology and expert scoring;it conducts an empirical study on the background of the H project procurement example of Weihai Z company.The questionnaire survey and SEM measurement model constructed a prefabricated building PC component supplier selection model,and used AMOS software to fit the model and modify the results;finally,using the TOPSIS method to help the construction Z company find a prefabricated building PC component supplier.The conclusion of the thesis is:(1)Established a prefabricated building PC component supplier selection system by using big data information collection technology and expert scoring method,including seven first-level indicators and twenty-six second-level indicators(2)Establish an evaluation model for PC component suppliers.Factor analysis is used to calculate the relative weights of the first-level indicators and the second-level indicators.The indicators in terms of quality have the greatest impact and the most important;the indicators in terms of employees and processes have the least impact and the least important.Use the TOPSIS method to obtain the relative proximity of each supplier to the best solution.Combining the weights obtained with the relative closeness obtained by the TOPSIS method,the overall ranking of the suppliers is obtained,and the preferred suppliers are selected.(3)The paper analyzes the case.Taking Weihai Z company ’ s selection of suppliers as an example,a questionnaire was issued to relevant personnel.After the reliability of the questionnaire data was verified by SPSS software,it was brought into the structural equation measurement model and the TOPSIS method.Get the most preferred supplier.
