Aircraft is a sophisticated technology-intensive manufacturing product,which reflects the country's comprehensive strength and international influence.At present,in the process of aircraft assembly in many Original Entrusted Manufactures(OEMs),the site control ability is still weak,such as lacking of the full dimensional information management and application ability.With the introduction of advanced technologies such as digital and Internet of Things(IoT),building a 3D-virtual assembly scenario that reflects the Men,Machines,Materials,Methods and Environment(5M1E),achieve a virtual assembly management system is very important,because it can not only improve the efficiency of aircraft assembly process,but also meet the digital needs of the original equipment manufacturer.This thesis is based on the research of execution,manufacturing operations,manufacturing assembly process and actual needs of the aircraft production at the typical Original Entrusted Manufacture(OEM)factory assembly line.IoT technology,information acquisition technology,Data Structuring and Storage Technology,data-driven 3D-visualization scene technology are considered comprehensively,this research designed and developed a 5M1E-based 3D-Visualization and Monitoring of Aircraft Final Assembly Process.Preliminary development of prototype application system of 5M1E-based 3D-Visualization and Monitoring of Aircraft Final Assembly Process.preliminary designed time-consuming dynamic forecasting of orders,statistical analysis of production costs,total quality execution of products as advanced application modules.The main work are listed as follows:1.Analyze and summarize the current situation of management,assembly process and execution requirements of aircraft assembly site.2.Study the information collection technology,identification technology and database design technology of assembly site,design corresponding scheme.3.Study the 5M1E 3D scene visualization technology,establish the data-driven 3D-visualization scene of the aircraft assembly site.4.Based on the aircraft assembly site demand,construct the execution system model,organizational structure model,execution function model and business process model,complete the prototype design of 5M1E Based 3D-Visual Execution System for Aircraft Assembly Process;5.Design the prototype execution system and use various programming techniques to complete the development of the prototype execution system and demonstrate the prototype system operation process and test its main functions.
