In the existing customized equipment design mode,the designer of the manufacturing enterprise completes the design process based on the demand.The design process is always limited to the internal of the enterprise and hard to take the public group intelligence into use.In the "Internet +" environment,customized product design will gradually shift to a multi-group collaboration and creative design mode.The manufacturing enterprises can publish design tasks that are difficult for them to solve through the Internet platform,so that the public groups from various fields can freely browse,design and submit their works.This form of design is guided by mass innovation,effectively utilizing the wisdom of external public groups to achieve innovative design of personalized products.Integrating mass innovation design into the design of customized product solutions,imploding the intelligence of the public group to carry out innovative design,and realize the transformation from single-enterprise-oriented design to mass-group-oriented design,which is the development direction of complex customized equipment design and manufacturing.The evolution and fusion technology of complex customized equipment design for mass innovation design are researched,including the creation of complex design models,complex product design task decomposition,scheme design evolution and design scheme integration,and the development of complex custom equipment mass innovation design platform,the theoretical methods were verified by the application example of injection molding equipment.This thesis is divided into six chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the domestic and international research progress of the mass innovation design mode,product design task planning,evolutionary design method and design combination optimization,expounds the background and significance of this research and gives the main research content and organizational framework.The second chapter establishes the model of complex customized equipment based on mass innovation design,clarifies the advantages and characteristics of mass innovation design.This chapter proposes a complex product design task decomposition method based on improved Design Structure Matrix.The design task type is identified through task description,correlation degree calculation and logical relationship analysis.Then the complex coupling design task is reorganized and planned through matrix transformation.The task is decomposed into sub-tasks with appropriate granularity,design complexity and favorable ability to stimulate the innovation ability of the public,which is convenient for external public groups to design and choose.The third chapter proposes a scheme design evolution method based on case reuse,which is suitable for design tasks that can be solved by case evolution from original design.The design cases in the resource library are described in a unified and standardized way and establish their case resource information description model,then classify the cases according to their feature information.According to the design problem,the key features of the target case are extracted,use the ID3 algorithm to calculate the weight of the target feature.After similar case retrieval and matching,similar design cases satisfying the design requirements are obtained,and the final reusable design is obtained after further case correction and learning steps.The fourth chapter proposes a fusion method of design scheme based on association rules mining.Establish a scheme-demand association mapping,sort and plan the scheme fusion path of the schemes according to their importance coefficient.For the characteristics of design fusion(such as confused fusion methods and the complicated fusion rules),the common fusion methods are classified and described through contact relationship and basic characteristics,and the fusion mode set is established.The Apriori algorithm is used to mine the target fusion method and association rules,which improves the fastness and accuracy of the fusion method and realizes the integration of the mass creative design.The fifth chapter introduces the complex design equipment mass innovation platform based on the theory and method of this paper.The effectiveness of the theory and method is verified by the example of injection molding equipment.The sixth chapter summarizes the main research and achievements of the thesis,and the future work is prospected based on that.
