Since entering the 21 st century,the market competition in the world has become increasingly fierce.The manufacturing industry in our country relies on the development of cheap labor in the context of high-tech has gradually shown a disadvantage.China needs to enhance its capability of independent innovation and move from "made in China" to "created in China" to grasp the strategic initiative of a new round of global technological competition.Technological innovation,method first.Innovative theory is applied more and more in product design and gradually becomes an important tool and theoretical support for solving innovation problems.Similarly,because of its unperturbed nature,the theory of technological evolution has also been applied more and more widely in solving innovation problems.However,at present,there are few researches on the theory of technological evolution by domestic and foreign researchers,which can not effectively guide the innovation designers to match the technical evolution route to complex problems and solve the problems.This article focuses on the application of technology evolution in the process of product innovation design,including the extraction of technical features,the selection of technological evolution routes,the current status and constraints of current technology development,and the establishment of an effective product innovation design model.The main contents of this research include:1.Research on Technology Evolution Route Matching Process.Analysis of product patents,to determine the core product patents.Introduce the axiom design theory to decompose the product core patents,construct the product function-structure mapping hierarchy model,and then calculate the correlation degree according to the features of each function and structure and the evolution characteristics of technology,and select the evolution characteristics of the technology through the calculated values.Through the permutations and combinations of technological evolution features,the technological evolutionary route that meets the product development is finally determined,which provides the basis for the subsequent process.2.The Ideal Evolutionary State Determination of Technology Evolution DrivenProducts.Based on the technological evolutionary route,the ideal state of the product is determined from the customer's perspective in combination with the key value parameters.3.Establishment of Process Model of Product Innovation Driven by Technology Evolution.Using the TOC to find the obstacles that limit the product's development to ideal solutions,and solving the obstacles through the TRIZ tools and other effective tools,the solutions are finally produced and the solutions are carried out Evaluation.4.Applying the above model,we innovate the packaging process of the hexagonal incense sticking machine,propose an innovative design scheme of the strapping machine to meet the customer's needs,and verify the method of the model is effective.
