High-end equipment manufacturing is the core of a country's manufacturing industry.It usually refers to a kind of technical equipment with high technical content,large capital input,multiple disciplines involved and long service life.It generally requires an organization's productivity across domains,industries,and regions.All countries have carried out research on high-end equipment manufacturing,and China also attaches great importance to the innovative development of high-end equipment.However,due to the continuous updating of the social environment,manufacturing model,and the complexity of high-end equipment innovation,there is an urgent need that the innovation development process should be guided by the new engineering management method.Due to the characteristics of high-end equipment innovation and development,the transformation of users' needs into R&D and design tasks,the scientific decomposition of the R&D and design tasks,and the selection of appropriate suppliers for the task will be an important part of the realization of high-end equipment efficient innovation.In this paper,with the background of high-end equipment innovation and development,the transformation mechanism of demand-task decomposition structure is studied based on the engineering management method of high-end equipment manufacturing innovation.The transformation from high-end equipment manufacturing demand to task decomposition and distribution realizes the transformation from high-end equipment innovation and development demand to task decomposition structure.Through this research,it provides theoretical guidance for high-end equipment innovation and engineering management,and opens up new ideas for the future high-end equipment innovation research and development process.The main innovations of this article are listed as follows:(1)A research framework for the transformation of high-end equipment innovation development requirements to task decomposition structure was proposed.The innovative development of high-end equipment is a complex system engineering that requires scientific engineering management to guide.This research changes the traditional model dominated by human experience in the process of decomposition of high-end equipment.It analyzes the correlation between tasks,evaluates the decomposition scheme of tasks,and integrates the feasibility of tasks and the complexity of task integration into the optimal set of task decomposition scheme.The idea from the development requirements to the task decomposition structure was constructed,and the research framework of the high-end equipment innovation development requirements to the task decomposition structure transformation mechanism was proposed.(2)A task decomposition model for high-end equipment innovation development was proposed.This study divides the decomposition model of the innovative development task of high-end equipment into two phases.Firstly,the related methods of product function analysis are proposed,and the first step of decomposition based on product function analysis was carried out.Then,by calculating the task granularity,the task was decomposed into a set of executable subtasks.Considering the feasibility of the decomposition scheme,the complexity of task integration,and the uncertainty risk,the decision-making method of multi-attribute high-end equipment task decomposition scheme under mixed information was proposed.The calculation method of task integration complexity was proposed and the hesitant fuzzy was utilized to measure the uncertain risks,which is more in line with the true psychology of the decision makers.(3)The task allocation and supplier selection model of high-end equipment based on multi-objective optimization was proposed.This study changes the previous thinking of single supplier selection and gives comprehensive consideration to task assignment and supplier selection.Therefore,this is not only a matching problem,but also a combinatorial optimization problem considering multiple objectives.Through the analysis of this problem,the mathematical model of matching task with suitable supplier and considering multiple target to supplier combination selection was established.The model used mathematical expressions to describe the logical and mathematical relationships between the R&D tasks of high-end equipment and suppliers.Finally,the intelligent optimization algorithm NSGAIII was used to select and optimize the high-end equipment suppliers to complete the R&D task allocation of high-end equipment.
