In the increasingly fierce market competition.manufacturing companies have developed to multi-category,small-batch,and just-in-time production methods.Material distribution,as an important part of the manufacturing system,is the guarantee for smooth production activities.To this end,companies have combined their existing production models and material requirements characteristics to optimize the existing material distribution model in order to achieve its lean goal of material distribution.This article that the material distribution method of D electric locomotive enterprise bogie assembly process was the research object,aiming at the adoption of traditional periodic distribution and pull type distribution under the current JIT production mode,there are high distribution costs and it is difficult to meet the assembly demand constraints and line-side inventory In the case of constraints,a JIT-based on-time material distribution method was proposed to achieve the transition from passive to active delivery mode.According to the research ideas of "problem,problem analysis,problem solving,and empirical demonstration",IE and lean production related theoretical knowledge are used to improve the production site.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,for the current bogie workshop on-site investigation,The present situation of the workshop was analyzed.,and the material distribution flow was transformed from pushing material distribution to pushing and pulling.In addition,on the basis of analyzing the production characteristics,material distribution requirements,and current material distribution models of D electric locomotive manufacturing enterprises,starting with the classification of the materials required for the assembly process,the materials are classified,and then different distribution methods were designed for different types of materials;The three principles of lean production,regularization,quantification,and timing were used to optimize the workshop;the process diagram of industrial engineering was used to reflect the advantages of establishing a secondary library,and an optimized layout scheme was derived;after that,the application of the ANDON system in the workshop can be explained.Realize the punctuality of material distribution.Finally,the feasibility of optimizing the program was analyzed by the combination of simulation technology and bogie shop material distribution.Application of simulation software Plant simulation alignment kit material distribution program for simulation analysis,and ultimately determine the bogie assembly plant material distribution was a reasonable design.
