ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to draw lessons from the domestic and international evaluation experience of MRI in clinical, equipment performance, examination results, services, etc.to construct an evaluating index system of MRI equipment and its clinical application, which is in accordance with the level of national economic and social development and the health requirements of residents. The evaluating index system is to provide a theoretical basis for the health administration department to evaluate MRI,to achieve the innovation of MRI evaluation instrumentals, and to provide a scientific basis for promoting the localization of large-scale equipment.MethodsOn the basis of literature analysis, brainstorming and panel discussion were used to construct the rudimentary evaluation index system of MRI equipment and its clinical application. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method to determine the framework of the index system.According to the results of experts' evaluation, the weight coefficients of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the evaluation index system of MRI equipment and its clinical application is formed.Using rough set approach to optimize the index system and delete redundant parts.Epidata 3.1 was used to establish the database and input the data twice.Operating SPSS21.0,ROSETTA and MATLAB R2014 a for analyze statistics.Results1.Delphi experts consulted results:(1).Experts' basic information: This study consulted 58 experts in related fields, including 51 experts with master's degree or above(87.93%),16 experts with master's degree(27.59%),43 experts with higher professional title(74.14%)and 34 experts with more than 30 years of work(58.62%);(2).Expert's positive coefficient: the recovery rate of two rounds of expert consultation papers was 96.67%,100%;(3).Expert authority: the experts' authoritative coefficients of the first-level indicators are between 0.70 and 0.89;(4).expert coordination coefficient: the importance and feasibility coordination coefficients of the first-round first-level index are 0.458 and 0.464,the importance and feasibility coordination coefficients of the second-round first-level index are0.517 and 0.517,the P values of each coordination coefficient is less than 0.05,the result has statistical significance.2.The preliminary evaluating index system of MRI equipment and its clinical application was established after two rounds of expert consultation. The index system includes 6 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 162 third-level indicators.By using MATLAB R2014 a to calculate the weight of each index, the weight coefficients of the first-level indexes were obtained: MRI clinical function(0.186590),MRI applicability(0.072140),MRI clinical effect(0.262774),MRI application reliability(0.153508),MRI technical properties(0.086860),MRI service(0.238127).3.Rough set is used to optimize the evaluation index system of MRI equipment and its clinical application.17 indexes, such as brain routine scan, cerebral vascular scan, nasopharynx routine scan and maxillofacial scan, are deleted as redundant indexes to form a contracted index system.Conclusions1.The method of constructing the evaluating index system of MRI equipment and its clinical application is scientific and reasonable. The selected experts were representative and highly valued, and the consulted results are consistent.2.The index system constructed by the research results is comprehensive and objective, with prominent emphasis and strong practicability.3.On the basis of the index system, suggestions are put forward for the popularization and application of the index system, and promote the future development and management of MRI equipment.
