[Objective]In this study,SPECT was used as an example to evaluate the application quality of large medical devices.On the one hand,it is expected to provide a basis for evaluating the application quality of SPECT,to maintain the long-term stability of the equipment and guarantee the imaging quality and diagnosis of the equipment.On the other hand,it provides a reference to accelerate the"Precision Medicine",and the development of the application quality evaluation of large medical equipment.[Method]Using the system theory,the principle of biomedical engineering,the theory of medical equipment quality control and quality management,the influential factors of SPECT application quality were studied by literature analysis,in-depth interview and tracing methodology.The index pool of SPECT application quality evaluation index was preliminarily determined.On this basis,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert advice consultation.SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct statistics and analysis of the consulting results,select the evaluation index of SPECT application quality,and determine the detection frequency of equipment performance index.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the weight of each index.[Results]The recovery rate of the first round of questionnaire was 90.00%,and the Kendall's W coordination coefficient was 0.58.The recovery rate of the second round questionnaire was 100%,and the expert Kendall's W coordination coefficient was 0.66.The expert authority coefficient was 0.88.Equipment performance,clinical management and organization management were selected as the primary evaluation indexes for SPECT application quality,and 17 indexes were selected as secondary evaluation indexes for SPECT application quality,including energy peak location,radioactive medicine use and management,and formulation of rules and regulations.The weight range of the first-level index is 0.3087?0.3522,and that of the second-level index is 0.0487?0.0691.The detection frequency range of secondary indexes of equipment performance is from weekly to semi-annual.[Conclusion]There are two conclusions of this study.First,this study is very serious in expert selection,questionnaire design,index selection and weight determination.The selected SPECT application quality evaluation indexes fit the clinical actual condition,which has practical significance in SPECT application quality evaluation.Second,The inherent equipment performance index is the core of the evaluation of large medical equipment application quality evaluation indexes.The clinical operation and system and management are the important and basic ones of large medical equipment application quality evaluation indexes.This study can help the research on application quality evaluation indexes of large medical equipment.
