Comprehensive Benefit Analysis And Research Of Prefabricated Concrete Building

Prefabricated building is a developing direction of architectural industrialization.Both at home and abroad are actively researching and popularizing prefabricated buildings and have achieved certain results.However,most of the research areas focus on design concept and construction technology,and there are few studies on economic benefits and environmental benefits,especially the lack of basic research data.In order to improve the basic research data of economic and environmental benefits of prefabricated concrete buildings,establish the foundation quota of prefabricated concrete buildings,provide economic index support for prefabricated concrete buildings,and provide decision-making for the in-depth development of the construction industry,this research topic is proposed.Based on literature review,this paper put forward the development of prefabricated construction to be solved in the process of economic and environmental benefits,and to explore the existing research results on the basis of the analysis of the prefabricated construction comprehensive benefit factors of comprehensive benefit analysis of the theoretical research results,methods and ideas,and theoretical research results are obtained.In order to verify the theoretical research results and apply the theoretical research results to engineering practice,the paper conducts verification analysis through cases,draws the final conclusion and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The research results can be applied in the field of prefabricated building design,production and construction,scientific research,etc.,which will help to further reduce the cost of prefabricated concrete building,improve economic and environmental benefits,and facilitate the rapid and healthy development of building industrialization.
