Abstract/Summary:
The urbanization process is accelerating and the construction industry is facing transformation and upgrading. The society’s demand for construction has increased while the requirements for energy saving and environmental protection, green and low-carbon have also been increasing.Based on this, prefabricated assembled buildings have once again received attention. At present,China is in the primary stage of fully promoting assembled buildings. The development of assembled buildings is hindered by the lack of mature technology and generally high costs, and the construction market is not very enthusiastic about the use of assembled technology and is highly dependent on government-led and policy guidance. In order to promote the rapid development of assembled buildings and enhance the initiative of construction units, this paper stands in the perspective of construction units, evaluates the comprehensive benefits of assembled concrete houses, and puts forward rationalized suggestions for benefit improvement and quality enhancement.Firstly, the research content of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of assembled concrete houses in the whole life cycle is proposed against the background of the relevant policies of assembled buildings at the present stage and the current situation that it is difficult to improve the comprehensive benefits in the development process.Secondly, the theory of assembled buildings, the theory of comprehensive benefits of assembled buildings over the whole life cycle, the theory of factor analysis and the theory of material element topology are described. Then, the subject of this paper’s research, the G project of assembled concrete housing,is introduced, and according to the principles and methods of evaluation index selection, the literature method is applied to the initial screening of evaluation indexes;the G project managers are invited to screen the indexes for applicability;the 15 evaluation indexes of the G project are analyzed by factor analysis method, and four The 15 evaluation indexes of G project were analyzed by factor analysis, and 4 principal components were extracted and named as well as the weights were calculated.Through further analysis, the evaluation index system of three dimensions of the G project was finally established. Then,by comparing the commonly used comprehensive benefit evaluation methods and combining with the characteristics of G-projects,we finally selected the material element topology model. Finally, after constructing the comprehensive benefit evaluation model,we input the data of the G project to determine its benefit evaluation level and analyze the results, and propose effective countermeasures to improve it in the light of the actual situation. This paper conducts a comprehensive benefit evaluation study on assembled houses to make up for the shortage of theoretical studies on the comprehensive benefit evaluation of assembled houses at home and abroad. The model is validated with actual cases, and the comprehensive benefits are evaluated in a hierarchical manner, and improvement countermeasures are proposed. It enriches the research on the comprehensive benefits of assembled houses and promotes the promotion and application of assembled buildings.
