Research On The Renewal Of Traditional Residential Areas In Beijing Baita Temple Under The Model Of Independent Construction

China's cities are currently in the transition phase from incremental planning to stock planning,and urban renewal will occupy an increasingly important position in urban development.At present,China's urban development has both valuable experience and problems to be solved.There are contradictions in urban environment,social service welfare,residents' living and living conditions.For the traditional residential areas in the core areas of the city,the historical method of large-scale demolition and construction is no longer applicable.The current focus is on how to improve the living conditions and living environment of the original residents under the premise of protecting the city's style,thus promoting Regional development and renewal.This paper introduces the independent construction mode of Taiwan in China,and on the basis of the research on its theory and practice,it guides the analysis of the transformation and renewal of the Baita Temple area,explores the advantages of this model and the status quo of the current policy.The reasonable and effective part of the block provides experience for the development and renewal of the traditional residential quarters in Beijing's Old Town.This paper takes the Baita Temple area,a traditional residential area in the old city of Beijing,as the main research object,and discusses the renewal model suitable for the traditional residential area in the old city.The first chapter "Introduction" starts from the research background of this paper,and then determines the research object and the scope of research.It introduces the research status of related fields and the differences with the existing research in this paper.Finally,the specific research methods and research framework are proposed.The second chapter "the study of independent construction mode theory" starts from the theory of independent construction mode,analyzes the theoretical source and theoretical basis of the independent construction mode,and draws its core idea and operation mechanism.The third chapter,"Independent Case Study",lists three cases independently created by Taiwan,and analyzes and summarizes the experience of Taiwan's independent creation model.The fourth chapter is the investigation and study on the status quo of the Baita Temple area.Based on the current situation of the Baita Temple area,the development and evolution of the protection and renewal model are sorted out.The advantages and feasibility of the independent construction mode in the Baita Temple area are obtained through comparative analysis.The fifth chapter "the strategy of updating the Baita Temple area under the autonomous construction mode" further looks forward to the implementation of the independent construction model in the Baita Temple area.
