To realize the combination of transparent resin concrete-a new type of transparent material and solar pavement,the slab model of solar pavement based on transparent resin concrete was put forward in this thesis.For this reason,the mixture ratio design and the testing of pavement performance of transparent resin concrete were developed,and the reasonable type of mixture ratio was prefererd.The solid model was created and its generation efficiency was tested to provide a scientific and reasonable reference for the research and application of solar pavement.1)According to the requirements of the generation efficiency and pavement performance,the solar pavement slab structure based on transparent resin concrete was put forward,that it consists of the transparent protective layer of transparent resin concrete and the built-in solar panels,among which the transparent resin concrete was mixed of unsaturated polyester resin and recycled glass.The performances of recycled glass aggregates,unsaturated polyester resin and solar panel were tested,so the reasonable amounts of curing agent and accelerator for transparent resin concrete was determined to be 0.8%and 0.5%respectively.2)The mixture ratio design goal of transparent resin concrete was proposed,and the design indexes are confirmed as transmittance,open circuit voltage ratio,percent air voids and compressive strength.Through the mixture ratio design and comparation,it was found that the comprehensive performance of improved SMA-13 which the resin increment is 5%(referred to as RS11-S-5%)is the most appropriate.With reference to the strength requirements of cement concrete,it was found that its mid-beam flexural strength is 4.41MPa by the test.3)With reference to the performance requirements of asphalt mixture,the testing of pavement performances was carried out for the RS11-S-5%.The results show that its high temperature stability,low temperature performance,water stability,impermeability and skid resistance are excellent.The glare test shows that its glare performance is slightly stronger than cement conceret,which has certain influence on driving safety.Through the transparency persistence test,it was found that its light transmission performance decreased with the increase of pollutants.4)The preparation method of solar pavement based on transparent resin concrete was put forward.The single-day power generation was tested through creating the solar pavement solid model.The results show that the maximum power generation in the direction of 30° south by west,20° inclination and 5? load,is 0.152kW-h/m2 which reached to 16.28%of the solar panel.In brief,the research in this thesis provides a reference for the research and application of solar pavement.
