The Manufaction And Performance Study Of Unsaturated Polyester Resin Cold Fill Asphalt Pavement Materials

Under the Chinese society background of accelerating the economic development and building public transport network structure, the rapid expansion of urbanization in our country makes the construction of the highway launched large-scale development, and also makes asphalt pavement get more and more extensive application. But we have found many big road disease problems affecting the normal use of the road and traffic conditions which due to inadequate daily maintenance and not timely pavement early disease treatment in many road built by the asphalt pavement, so how to do the daily maintenance and early repair of asphalt pavement should be the part of republic transport which is getting more and more attention and concentration. On the current market, most of the common asphalt pavement maintenance method usually choose raw materials for the modified asphalt or emulsified asphalt, the process of maintenance often requires different kinds of heating operation, this way of maintenance is not only expensive in economy and have bigger influence on the natural environment, so in this paper, the author studies on unsaturated polyester the cold fill asphalt pavement material plays a very important social significance.Unsaturated polyester resin cold fill material is a kind of product which respectively mixes several kinds of admixtures promoting temperature curing and coarse and fine aggregate supporting strength in the unsaturated polyester, stirs well and then through crack seal and other forms to do the maintenance and repairing of some early disease in asphalt pavement. Based on a large number of literature study, in this paper, a lot of basic experiments and single factor experiments have been done, and so does the properties of the cold fill materials in curing time, the performance of the flow properties and the strength. Through the performance comparison between the different products made from different ratio of cold fill material, and the study the relationship between the cold fill material group distribution ratio and the related performance, the initial proportion of the unsaturated polyester resin cold fill material is determined. And on the basis of this, through the orthogonal experimental study, the research of the size of factors affecting the performance impact has been done, and so doesthe optimal ratio of the unsaturated polyester resin cold fill material.
