Boundary Production Process And Mechanism Of Community Governance Action

In the context of the transformation of urban economic and social development,the concept and mode of social governance has also undergone a major change.Especially at the community level,the traditional administrative authoritative management encounters the impact of multi-stakeholder interests of the community,so it is urgent to explore innovative ideas and methods of community governance.Starting from specific cases of community governance,this paper explores the innovative development path of community governance by analyzing the inherent logic and mechanism of the boundary production process of multi-agent action.The introduction chapter firstly introduces the current development requirements of national governance and the background of urban planning and community governance transformation,and then finds out the shortcomings of the current community governance research institute through research review,puts forward research questions,and then clarifies the research object of the problem.Chapter 2 is the basic part of the research.Firstly,it establishes the overall research framework,clarifies the research ideas and stage tasks;secondly,it determines the research methods according to the research ideas;at the same time,it defines and expounds the key concepts and theoretical basis involved in the research.Chapter 3 constructs the core research perspective of this paper-boundary production.Firstly,it establishes a comprehensive field combining planning management with community governance,focusing on the research scope;secondly,it constructs the subject boundary according to the characteristics of the subject,and constructs the research perspective of the subject’s action boundary production by endowing the static subject with dynamic action,and puts forward that the boundary generation production has the dual connotation of action space expansion and action boundary production;secondly,it puts forward the existing research.The concept of "boundary" is interpreted to demonstrate the perspective of boundary production in theory,and the perspective of boundary production in reality is demonstrated through the construction of general scenarios to preliminarily demonstrate its research adaptability.Chapter 4 empirically studies two typical cases of community governance from the perspective of boundary production:by digging deeply into the multi-dimensional interactive strategies and contents of the two cases,the internal logic and mechanism of boundary production in different fields are analyzed;then,through the comparative analysis of the two cases,the adaptability and problems of institutional and non-institutional actions are obtained,and the next step is put forward.The research contents of general laws and trends of boundary production.In chapter 5,the common laws of institutional and non-institutional actions are sorted out firstly:institutional gap,resource mobilization and boundary confrontation.It is found that border production is the characteristic logic in the current stage of community governance in China,which reflects the lack of governance order and its expectations for order.In chapter 6,based on empirical research and comparative analysis from the perspective of border production,puts forward the path of order construction for the deep integration of planning management and community governance:building a participatory mechanism based on action guidance,eliminating resource and discourse monopoly,improving system supply,and cultivating community(social)participation consciousness.Chapter 7 summarizes the research context and logical inferences of this paper,and puts forward the prospects of building a governance system with Chinese characteristics.
